Customer Service Representative
Colette began her insurance career in 1995 working at Great Lakes Insurance Associates as an Agent - Customer Service Representative for both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Colette obtained the PA State Property and Casualty, Life and Accident & Health licenses in 1996. She currently holds the CIC(Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, CISR(Certified Insurance Service Representative) and the AIS(Associate in Insurance Service) designations. She is currently working toward the CRM (Certified Risk Management) designation. Colette came on board with Hart, McConahy & Martz, Inc. as a Personal Lines Marketing Specialist in April of 2007.
