Mary Alice Ross entered the insurance industry in Phoeniz AZ in 1972 working for Hartford Insurance. In addition to claims, Mary Alice has been involved in the subrogation process as well as risk management. Mary Alice has been a member of the Lake Erie Claims Association for the past 20 years, holding the position of President for the 2004-2005 term. She held offices in the Association for 3 years prior to being elected President and served on the Board of the Association during the 2005-2006 term. Mary Alice holds the AAI designation and the PA State Property and Casualty license. Mary Alice joined Hart, McConahy & Martz, Inc. in December 1985 as Claims Manager.
