Our auto insurance policies can be written to cover the following:

Bodily Injury Liability

  • Bodliy injury liability insures against third-party claims arising from alleged bodily injury or property damage to members of the public from operations of motor vehicles.

Property Damage

  • Property damage insures against any damage to others property caused from operations of your motor vehicle.

Uninsured and Underinsured Coverage

  • Uninsured and underinsured coverage pays for Bodily Injury suffered by an insured which arises out of the negligent party's ownership, operation or maintenance of an uninsured vehicle. This part defines four situations under which a vehicle is considered to be uninsured.

Comprehensive Coverage

  • Comprehensive coverage insures described vehicles against loss caused "other than by collision," including fire, windstorm, flood, vandalism, animal damage and theft.

Collision Coverage

  • Collision coverage insures the owner against loss from collision or upset of described motor vehicles. When a car is sold under finance contract, the loss payee (lender) usually requires the original copy of the policy providing collision and comprehensive coverage.

First Party Medical Coverage

  • First party medical coverage reimburses insured’s for any medical and/or funeral expenses arising out of accidents occurring while they are in or are entering/exiting a vehicle.

Tort Options:

  • Limited Tort

    • The selection of the limited tort option allows for a reduction in premium costs in exchange for limitations on recovery rights. Recovery for all medical and other out-of-pocket expenses are allowed but pain and suffering or other non monetary damages are prohibited unless injuries fall within the definition of “serious injury”.

  • Full Tort

    • The selection of the full tort option form of bodily injury liability, uninsured/underinsured motorists coverages provides an unrestricted right to seek financial compensation for injuries caused by other drivers. Financial compensation is allowed for all medical and other out-of-pocket expenses, compensation for pain and suffering and other non monetary damages as a result of injuries caused by other drivers.
